The Think Tank

The Think Tank is a six week youth violence prevention program designed for youth, teens, and young adults. The program helps participants understand how their actions and behaviors can shape their lives and impact others. Led by someone with firsthand experience, participants learn to step off “autopilot,” think before they act, manage conflict, and make positive decisions.

Through age appropriate group discussions and activities, The Think Tank provides practical tools for peaceful conflict resolution while helping participants understand the lifelong consequences of violence and harmful choices. The program aims to reduce youth violence and gun violence by building awareness, accountability, critical thinking, and positive decision making.
