Were invited as guests at The White House to talk about our work and impact
Over 250 served in our Think Tank Conflict Resolution & Critical Thinking Program
80% served in 2024 were high-risk, pre-teen, teen, and young adult black males
Helped decrease crime by 20% in the Aqueduct Neighborhood of Newport News, VA
Continued our work inside the Newport News Juvenile Detention Center
Expanded our work into the following Virginia detention centers: Rappahannock, Prince William County, Richmond, and Northern Virginia
Continued implementing our "Think Tank" Program inside the Washington DC Jail
Attended the 11th Annual Cities United Training & Convening held in Seattle Washington
Helped the City of Newport News win its first ever All-America City Award in Denver, CO
Kicked-Off our "Think Tank" Program at JE Parker Recreational Center in Portsmouth, VA
Continued providing gun violence prevention & intervention services in Hampton, VA
Worked directly with gun shot victims through our "Safer Together" alliance with community partners and local hospitals

Our current programs include Safe Space Work Place, Think Tank, Healing With Hip Hop, and Triple P Parenting. Each program is designed to meet different needs and provide meaningful support, tools, and opportunities for growth.
